Week 6

So, I have been weighing myself every day or two at the most. I decided that this last week I would wait all week to see the loss. I don't think that was the best idea. In the past weeks if I saw I wasn't loosing I would kick my butt harder or eat a lot better. Not knowing was hard. I weighed in yesterday morning at 139 lbs. That's not bad, but it's not my best. I could have done better and think I'm going to keep weighing myself frequently. My discovery this week is Chick-Fil-A's Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich...YUM!

  1. I think you are doing awesome :) and the chick-fil-a thing you wrote about.... that does sound good! I will have to try it. I love their spicy chicken sandwhich though! lol
